Staff Assistant for Collection Development and Grants - The Staff Assistant for Collection Development and Grants helps the Collection Development Department function efficiently and is a central communications and organizational link for Collection Development staff and Subject Librarians.  Responsibilities include compiling collections related data, creating budget reports, providing approval plan support, maintaining the departmental web page and staff intranet pages and monitoring collections grants.  In addition to his/her collections responsibilities, this position supports the over-all grants management functions for the Libraries.  S/He reports to the Head of Collection Development, but works closely with the Director of Administrative Services to monitor and manage Library grants....
